All blinds and curtains manufactured by Scentedshopux are custom-made to your specific measurements and design preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made items except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your custom blinds or curtains have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the affected items at no additional cost to you.
Manufacturing defects include issues such as faulty stitching, incorrect measurements due to our error, defective hardware, or fabric flaws that were not visible at the time of selection.
If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of installation. We will arrange for an inspection and determine the appropriate resolution.
Please provide photographs of the issue along with your order number and a detailed description of the problem. This helps us assess the situation quickly and provide an appropriate solution.
Accurate measurements are critical for custom window treatments. If we provided the measuring service and an error occurred, we will remake the products at no charge.
If measurements were provided by the customer and the finished products do not fit due to measurement inaccuracies, we cannot offer a refund. However, we may be able to adjust or remake the products for a fee based on the extent of modifications required.
We make every effort to display fabric colors and textures accurately on our website and in physical samples. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and natural variations in fabric dye lots.
Color or texture variations that fall within industry-standard tolerances are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation for a full refund of any deposit paid, provided that manufacturing has not yet commenced.
Once fabric has been cut or manufacturing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. The deposit is non-refundable at this stage as materials have been committed to your specific project.
If your products arrive damaged due to shipping or handling, please notify us immediately and do not proceed with installation. We will arrange for replacement or repair as appropriate.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the damaged items and packaging will be required to process your claim.
If our professional installation team encounters issues during installation due to product defects, we will address the problem immediately at no additional cost.
Issues arising from site conditions not disclosed during the initial consultation, such as structural problems or non-standard wall materials, may require additional work at an additional cost.
Our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period as outlined in your order documentation. The warranty covers workmanship and materials but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or alterations made by third parties.
